100% Low Price Guarantee / Price Match
LEDArcade wants you to buy from us confident that you will not find a lower price, or better service. If you find a lower total advertised price we will match the competitor's price. The total price includes product costs, tax, handling fees and shipping charges to your address. The competitor must be a United States based, authorized retailer for the manufacturer. The product must be the identical, including being built to United States specifications. LEDArcade must be able to directly verify the competitor's price with a uniquely identifiable invoice, faxed or emailed to LEDArcade, dated within 30 days of the LEDArcade purchase or a link to the same product on a competing website. Invoice must include actual shipping and handling costs (shipping estimates are not acceptable).
The 100% Price Protection Guarantee excludes price matching on clearance, returns and closeout items.
Order Cancellation Policy
LEDArcade will not accept cancellation requests for custom orders or special orders.
Order cancellations for stock products must be submitted via email to cs@ledarcade.com or faxed to Customer Service at 224-757-7557 prior to 3:00 PM CST on the same day the order was placed.
All our shipments are Carbon Neutral.
We use GreenShippingTM services to calculate and offset all the carbon generated by our FedEx and USPS shipments, buy purchasing carbon offsets from Bonneville Environment Foundation (BEF), a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the supply and use of renewable energy, and one of the nation's leading carbon offset providers.
Charges for our shipping methods are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and are displayed in the online shopping cart at the checkout screen. If you are ordering internationally, note that the shipping charges automatically calculated are estimates; if the actual shipping cost exceeds the calculated cost, we will contact you to obtain approval prior to shipping. If you place an order for delivery outside of the United States, be advised that you are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges that may be imposed. For our Canadian friends, we offer UPS Canada Standard as a shipping option. For orders originating outside of the United States, we may require additional documentation and/or alternate forms of payment. For orders originating overseas, we also require a minimum order size of $200. Prior to processing a valid overseas order, additional shipping charges may apply and will be confirmed with you before shipping.
Claims/Damages
LEDArcade products are carefully inspected prior to packaging and are packed properly for shipment. We cannot assume responsibility for damage occurred in transit. Please inspect the packages upon arrival for possible concealed damage to avoid risking forfeiture of a freight claim. All freight claims for damages or breakage, whether obvious or concealed, must be submitted via email to cs@ledarcade.com or faxed to Customer Service at 224-757-7557 within 48 hours of receipt.
LEDArcade is dedicated to providing our customers a superior shopping experience and is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 100% refund on unused, never installed merchandise, excluding any shipping and handling costs; however, we are unable to accept returns on custom modifications or on any special order item (any item or style not listed on our website). The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to LEDArcade. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and received by LEDArcade in new condition and in the original packaging, including outer boxes when applicable. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, trackable shipping method to return items.
Returns require prior authorization (in the form of a RMA number) which can be requested by e-mailing RMA@ledarcade.com and items must be received by us within 30 calendar days from when we issue the RMA or you will not receive any credit for your return. Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without an RMA, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back.
Limited Product Warranty
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of shipment. Claims for defective products must be submitted in writing to LEDArcade’s Customer Service via email: cs@ledarcade.com within the warranty period. If a product does have a defect, LEDArcade's obligation is expressly limited to repair or replacement, without charge, at the manufacturer's facility after prior written return authorization has been granted. LEDArcade's obligation under this warranty does not extend beyond the initial cost of the product and accordingly any consequential damages or labor costs arising out of a defect are expressly excluded. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been altered or improperly used. Products that require a driver or a power supply must be used in conjunction with LEDArcade’s recommended power supply or driver to ensure safety and retain product warranty.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax on all orders shipped to Illinois addresses (qualified resellers excepted).
